Reflections on a Sunday Morning: A Path to Spiritual Growth

8/9/20261 min read

Good morning, it's Sunday and I usually sleep in. I didn't today, I went to bed earlier then I usually do. I realized I keep going to confession, and not doing good things if I stay up really late. Which I do every night. I want to be a saint, so I need to focus more on God first. It is so easy for me to lose track of things, such as my thoughts. To know what needs to be done, but sit in my chair and not be able to move. I know that's not God, but the enemy. For example right after I write this post I'm going to water my flowers. Then take a walk with my dog, while saying a rosary. Then I'm going to church, after I am finally going to sort all of my clothes. Yesterday I had another realization. I had this nice lady help me with cleaning every week. She now wants to charge me 80 dollars more, every week. I can't do that, and she knows it. There again, someone goes after me for money. Nobody today really cares about other people, or the struggles they have everyday. God knows where everyone's heart is, so I know no matter what we are all going to meet him and have to atone for everything we did. I could blabber all day but my dog really looks mad, he wants to go on a walk. So have a good Sunday everyone.
